We all grew up with cartoons in the 90s. And as we all know that the cartoons have taken a serious serious plunge. My personal favorite was Rocko's Modern Life. The cartoon had everything. It had funny content, saweet characters, and even some adult humor. Rocko is one of the many including Doug, Rugrats, Dexter's Lab, Ed Edd and Eddy, Johnny Bravo, Hey Arnold, and Courage the Cowardly Dog are just to name a few. These have been replaced with cartoon like Spongebob, The Kids Next Door, All Grown Up, Jimmy Neutron and countless anime cartoons. These aren't remotly funny and are just lame. Why are 90's cartoons so much better?

If you want real cartoons, you need to go back to the 80's. I'm talking about Hanna Barbera's stuff. Let's just say Scoobie Doobie Doo, Legion of Super Heros, ...
The cartoons from the 90s just had this way it made you feel that was wonderful. Those cartoons make me feel warm and fuzzy inside. =)
I have to say the best 90s cartoons were the cartoon network shows especially the Friday night line up with all new episodes of all the best cartoons
cartoons are silly. but i like spongebob. he's pretty sweet i guess.
Where on earth is Carmen Sandiego? memeber that one? What about the show Rugrats? Tommy pickles is amazing. The late ninties with pokemon.
I would have to say that my personal 90s cartoons were def. Doug, Hey Arnold and yes of course Rocko's Modern Life. 90's cartoons are better now because kids now-a-days aren't as innocent and it's very sad.
